    Why are our walks free?

    At the end of each tour, you are free to give a tip based on what you think the tour was worth - this way we are open to all travellers regardless of their budget!

    Do you offer tours in other languages?

    Yes - Gino is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and Eva speaks Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch so please contact us for a private tour!

    Where does the tour start?

    Our tour starts here at Circular Quay - on the right hand side of WHARF #2 - just look for the guide in the WHITE T-SHIRT and BLUE UMBRELLA under the Palm Trees.

    How long does the tour last?

    The tour lasts for around 2 and half to 3 hours, walking at a comfortable pace.

    Are there any bathroom breaks?

    We have one short bathroom break about halfway at the Queen Victoria Building so guests can have a deeper look at its’ beauty.

    Is it wheelchair accessible?

    Guests in wheelchairs and families with prams are certainly welcome and there are no stairs on the walk.

    How do I get to the start of your tour?

    Our meeting point is under the palm trees next to Wharf 2 at Circular Quay which is easy to get to on bus train or ferry. Enter your current location here to find the fastest route.

    Where does the tour end?

    Our tour ends at the Commissioner’s Steps at Circular Quay – very close to where we started.

    What should I do if I cannot find the guide at the meeting point?

    Make sure you are meeting point before the departure time looking for the guide in the WHITE T-SHIRT holding the BLUE UMBRELLA under the palm trees next to Wharf 2. If you still cannot find us, do not worry, just give us a call on 0439 087 449.
